This means that your meals are never dull or uninteresting. You will still be able to enjoy vegetables, salads, beef, poultry, turkey, fish, fruit and desserts. A lot of diets will take away all of your sweets which can make you feel deprived. This is not the case on the Atkins low carb diet.
For people that crave pizza you don't have to give it up on the Adkins low carb diet. With a few changes you can make a delicious pizza that has cheese, vegetables, meat and sauce. The Atkins diet has allowed us to eat normally.
