All fast easy diets are based on three days to seven days. You may eat 600 calories for three days and resume a normal schedule of healthy meals for the other four days. A person can lose one pound up to fifteen in these three days depending on their body type, and if you exercise.
While fast easy diets are effective they can also harm you in the long run. You will find it hard to diet and lose weight in the future, and the weight can be regained in a matter of weeks when you try to crash diet to lose weight quickly through the diets mentioned here.
