This is incorrect. CALORIES are what affects weight. You must burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. If you consume more than you burn, you will gain weight. You could eat 3,000 calories of vegetables and if you only burn 2,000, you'll gain weight.

I recently found out the reason I am always so tired during the day is because my calorie intake is to low, yet I am slowly gaining weight because my fat intake is to high! I need a low fat high calorie diet to become more energetic and healthier by losing the extra weight. This article is right!
