Well, the women's health centers are the "Equal Treatment Providers."

Women's health centers provide a place where a request for a test for a sexually transmitted disease is not shameful, uncomfortable or awkward. No medical condition is ever a reason for a woman to be too intimidated by scorn to attempt to receive treatment.
