Fries Nutrition Facts
The term Fries refers to French fries. French fries have always been on the favorite food list of many a food lover. French fries are prepared from potatoes or sweet potatoes.

No one counts and eats just ten French fries. The usual amount will be somewhere in the range of 60 to 200, depending upon the appetite and dietary habits. That accelerates the amount of calories gained from a single binge on French fries to 762 calories to a whopping 2540 calories. Imagine the plight of the body, in burning off all the fats accumulated with regular binging on these French fries.
Mc Donald's and Wendy's and many numerous other restaurant outlets have these French fries on the menu. The French fries at Mc Donald's is a popular item on the menu of their patrons. According to the nutritional information published on their website, an order of French fries of a medium size at Mc Donald's will have around three hundred and seventy calories. The same sized order of French fries at the Wendy's outlet will have even more calories as compared to the Mc Donald's French fries. The calorie count of Wendy's French fries is a huge four hundred and fifty three calories.
The United States department of Agriculture requires the French fries to be baked in the oven. Such a serving of ten French fries will have only a small amount, which is four grams of fat totally. But the fat content shoots up to almost three to six times in a medium sized order of the French fries at Mc Donald's or Wendy's.
There are benefits of eating these French fries too, as they provide the fiber which is quite essential in keeping the stools normal and regular, and maintain the normal functioning of the large intestine.
