Stretching will keep you flexible, help relax and help prevent injuries such as pulling a muscle from reaching too far or bending down too quickly, while aerobic exercises that will help keep the heart healthy and strong. Toning exercises that will help build strong muscles and boost the metabolism.

In order to keep track and follow a regular fitness regime make sure you have regular schedule and a check list of your activities. Make sure you keep up with your schedule and don't fall behind or stop the fitness routine half way through.

Lethargy - do go to a gym at a reasonable hour so that you feel great afterwards.

One of the most important benefits that are overlooked is that after being on an exercise program for awhile people shift their attention to more healthy activities, proper nutrition and rest. They avoid activities that decrease their healthy lifestyle and activities. Therefore a persistent exercise regime can lead to healthy living.
