Mental Health nutrition is an issue which does not receive the attention which it actually commands. Health whenever has concerned people, has only considered the physical part. The brain is a very complex organ and is far better and efficient than any man made computer. It does almost 15 times more work when compared to its size. The normal brain hardly measures more than two percent of the total body weight of any individual, but the food or energy taken up by it is almost a giant thirty per cent of the share of the whole body. That is because of the kind of work it does, the brain never rests, and continues working even when the person sleeps, and even when some of the organs rest.

The mental health is hence quite important and it is quite heartening to know that proper dietary regulation can help in maintaining normal mental health.
