Drink more water if need be as it is a clear indication that your body needs it. A perfect nutrition includes plenty of fruits and vegetables. They provide essential vitamins needed in body metabolism. Vitamins help in fighting off diseases such as scurvy and night blindness. Vitamins strengthen the immune system making your body resistant to infections.
Leave proteins out of your nutrition and fail your dietary needs. Very crucial to cell replenishing and healing of wounds, proteins form the building blocks of the body. Made from amino acids, proteins are not stored in the body and are actively absorbed. Proteins can be sourced from legumes such as peas and beans as well as meat. White meat is a rich source of proteins and can be well prepared to reduce fats.
Mineral salts are actively involved in the function of enzymes and maintaining of PH. Calcium is important in the formation of bones and teeth. Zinc and magnesium play a great role in cells physiology. Iron is highly used in the body and lack of may cause anemia.
Energy is provided by carbohydrates consumed. Carbohydrates can be sourced from whole cereals and starchy foods. Carbohydrates are important in the synthesis of energy in the mitochondria.
