Onion soup mix, dry

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Arrange the vegetables in layers on the bottom of greased casserole, crumble the beef on top. Sprinkle the soup mix over the beef. Cover loosely with foil and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
