St. Tropez Chicken Salad Recipe

Cooked chicken, skinned and shredded

Avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced

Mustard Vinaigrette

  1. Line sides of individual salad bowls with red lettuce leaves, set torn lettuce leaves in bottom of the bowls. Arrange chicken, avocado, tomato wedges, alfalfa sprouts, bananas, and cucumber slices over lettuce bed. Serve with mustard vinaigrette.
