Bananas, peeled

Lemon juice

2 Tablespoons

Brown sugar

1 Tablespoon

Cinnamon powder

Rum

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Sprinkle lemon juice and sugar over whole bananas. Transfer to a lightly oiled baking pan and bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and pour rum over the bananas and ignite, shaking pan gently until flames subside. Serve immediately.
