2 Cups | Fresh raspberries |

- Pure mango in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Mix well with hot water. Churn in an ice cream maker or freeze in an ice cube tray, stirring periodically until frozen.
- Scoop sorbet onto dessert plates and surround with berries.
