4 Very ripe

Mangos, skinned and pitted

1 Cup

Hot water

2 Cups

Fresh raspberries

2 Cups

Fresh blackberries

2 Cups

Fresh blueberries

  1. Pure mango in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Mix well with hot water. Churn in an ice cream maker or freeze in an ice cube tray, stirring periodically until frozen.
  2. Scoop sorbet onto dessert plates and surround with berries.
