7 | Peaches, quartered |
3/4 Cup | Granulated sugar |
3 Tablespoons | Light corn syrup |
1 Teaspoon | Lemon juice |
- In blender or food processor, pure enough peaches to measure 3? cups.
- .In medium saucepan combine peach pure, sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice. Place over low heat, cook until sugar dissolves, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Transfer mixture to ice-cream maker and prepare according to manufacturer's directions or whisk until slightly frothy.
- Pack sorbet in container and freeze until firm. Remove container from freezer an hour before serving and leave in refrigerator.
