A Good Recipe For Peach Sorbet

Servings: Makes 4 cups, 8 servings

Peaches, quartered

3/4 Cup

Granulated sugar

3 Tablespoons

Light corn syrup

1 Teaspoon

Lemon juice

  1. In blender or food processor, pure enough peaches to measure 3? cups.
  2. .In medium saucepan combine peach pure, sugar, corn syrup, and lemon juice. Place over low heat, cook until sugar dissolves, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Transfer mixture to ice-cream maker and prepare according to manufacturer's directions or whisk until slightly frothy.
  4. Pack sorbet in container and freeze until firm. Remove container from freezer an hour before serving and leave in refrigerator.
