Tasty Recipe For Peanut Puff Cookies

5 Tablespoons

Margarine

2 Tablespoons

Peanut butter

1/4 Teaspoon

Salt

3 Tablespoons

Honey

1 Teaspoon

Vanilla extract

1 1/3 Cup

Whole wheat pastry flour

1/3 Cup

Peanuts, roasted, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Cream the margarine with the peanut butter and salt, and gradually add the honey. Blend in the vanilla and flour. Stir in the peanuts and mix well.
  2. Shape the dough into 24 small balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until brown. Cool.
