- Preheat oven to 400F (hot).
- Grease 8 muffin tins or use paper liners.
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
4. Mix milk, egg, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stir until dry ingredients are barely moistened. Batter will be lumpy. - Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake until lightly browned-about 20 min.
