2 Tablespoons | Olive oil |
Dash | White pepper |
Juice of | 1/2 lemon |
- Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender, cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into a suitable container, cover and chill.
- Serve with pasta or spinach salad or with any other dish as an Italian topping.
