Cider vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon

Mustard, dry

1/2 Teaspoon

Tarragon, crushed

1 Clove

Garlic, crushed

1 Teaspoon

Capers

Shallot, finely chopped

1/4 Teaspoon

Salt

Pinch of

Pepper

2/3 Cup

Olive oil

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients except the oil. Add one quarter of the oil and blend 1 minute. Repeat until all the oil has been added.
