Peanut butter, crunchy, low-salt

Soy sauce

4 Teaspoons

Lemon juice

Water

  1. In a nonstick skillet add oil, onion and garlic and cook gently until soft. Add chili powder, stir and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
  2. Add peanut butter and stir well. Add lemon juice, soy sauce and water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
