3/4 Cup | Peanut butter, crunchy, low-salt |
4 Teaspoons | Soy sauce |
4 Teaspoons | Lemon juice |
1 1/4 Cups | Water |
- In a nonstick skillet add oil, onion and garlic and cook gently until soft. Add chili powder, stir and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add peanut butter and stir well. Add lemon juice, soy sauce and water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
