  1. Drain the tuna and flake it into a large bowl. Add the water chestnuts, mushrooms, bean sprouts, olives, grapes, and pickle.
  2. Peel and slice the avocado and mix it in gently. Chill.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and other seasonings. Combine with the tuna mixture, blending well.
