Lettuce leaves

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, except the bread and lettuce leaves.
  2. Arrange a lettuce leaf on each bread slice. Spoon the salmon mixture equally over the lettuce leaves. Serve 2 open-faced sandwiches to each person.
