Tuna, drained

1/4 Cup

Mayonnaise, lowfat

1/4 Cup

Celery, chopped

1/4 Cup

Onion, chopped

1/4 Cup

Green pepper, chopped

2 Tablespoons

Pimiento, chopped

1/4 Teaspoon

Salt

1/4 Cup

Skim milk

1/2 Cup

Cream of celery soup, condensed

1/2 Cup

Sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Flake the tuna, and combine tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, and salt in a bowl. Blend well.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the milk and soup, add the cheese, stir well, and heat until the cheese has melted. Remove from the heat. Add the tuna mixture to the cheese mixture, then add the cooked noodles. Stir well. Place in the casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
