Belgian Endive

1 Pound

Crabmeat, fresh

1 Cup

Italian dressing, low-calorie

3 Tablespoons

Fresh Dill, chopped

6 Large

Black olives

6 Sprigs

  1. Place the Bibb lettuce on individual plates. Halve the endives lengthwise and place one half in the centre of each plate. Top endive with crab. Combine the dressing with chopped dill and spoon over crab. Set a sprig of dill and a black olive on each plate.
