A Tasty Recipe For Bulgur Pilaf

Margarine

1 Clove

Garlic, chopped

1/3 Cup

Celery, chopped

1/3 Cup

Onion, chopped

1/3 Cup

Carrot, grated

2/3 Cup

Bulgur

1 1/3 Cups

Chicken broth

1/4 Teaspoon

Oregano, dried

  1. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, celery, onion, and carrot and saut? until soft, about 10 minutes. Add bulgur and saut? 10 minutes. Add stock and oregano, cover, and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
