Apricots, dried, diced

  1. Heat oven to 300F. In a large skillet on low heat, heat the oil, honey, and vanilla until the mixture is thin. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the raisins and apricots. Stir well until the dry ingredients are well coated.
  2. Put the cereal in a large shallow pan or baking sheet. Bake until light-brown, about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the raisins and apricots. Stir well.
