Tasty Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

2 Cloves

Garlic, chopped

2 Teaspoons

Olive oil

3 Medium

Potatoes, with skin, quartered

1 Tablespoon

Fresh rosemary, chopped

1 Teaspoon

Fresh thyme, chopped

1/4 Teaspoon

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. Place garlic and oil in small dish. Microwave on high, until tender, 2 minutes, stirring once.
  2. Stir in potatoes, coating evenly with oil. Microwave on high, until tender, 5 to 8 minutes, stirring twice.
  3. Stir in rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, let stand 1 minute before serving.
