Above all, many people think that sports nutritional supplements are useless. You will hear people talking of using natural foods and proper diet as the only way to keep strong and healthy at all times. This is bullshit because you still need the supplements as a sportsman. It would not be ideal to suffer from nutritional deficiency just because you rely on food as the sole provider
