I could give plenty of examples for exercises which millions of people used to do- exercises which are ineffective or turned out to be harmful for our body. You may not believe it but the sit-ups are one of the worst loss-weight exercises which you could possibly decide to do. Yes, I know you can hardly believe it- the old and nice sit-ups are harmful! It has already been proved that they have influence on the shape of our spine and could cause backache or even pain in the waist.

Yes, you are probably wondering how could such an easy kind of exercising could be effective? Yes, it can! And it is wrong to expect that the best exercises are the most difficult ones. The advantages which jogging has over all other exercises are really countless. The first one which, I think, is the most important is that jogging's duration is more than one hour. This way you "give" your body enough time to sweat and get rid of the toxins. While you are jogging, you will not overtax your heart which is very likely to happen if you practice running for example.
Another great thing about jogging is that you can practice it every day. I can assure you that when you take a shower after jogging you will not feel tired at all! Just on the contrary- you will feel like you woke up an hour ago and the day just started. It may sound strange now but there is no doubt that you will experience the same.
And the main factor which makes jogging the best exercise for losing weight is the fast results. You will lose 2 kilos just after one week of jogging. Then you will continue losing kilos but the process will be slower- perhaps you will get rid of 2-3 kilos every month. Once you weigh as much as you want to weigh, it is enough to keep up your good shape with jogging twice a week. Yes, it is just as easy as it sounds!
