These extreme weight loss programs could involve depriving you of hunger pangs - they would be giving some herbs or pills which would be deceiving your body in feeling that it is full even if you have eaten a small quantity of food .This can be very dangerous since your body would actually be becoming weaker over a period of time, your body immunity system would be getting tinkered with the result your lifespan could be reduced dramatically.
You may see yourself losing weight to the extent that was promised by the advertisers and may feel that you have got your money's worth but what you will not realize is that you will soon begin facing other problems especially when you stop taking the pills which you were for a limited period of time and which are quite expensive. Also, please keep in mind, that may of these medical preparations have not been subjected to tests by the FDA and so its contents, (which many a time are not listed on the pack) its medicinal properties have not been validated by an approved governmental agency.
These advertisers even claim that one can build up muscle fiber even without doing any form of exercise - all this should actually be setting your brain thinking. What you could be taking is steroids which again, if taken indiscriminately can be very harmful for your health.
The ideal weight to lose, recommended by experts is approximately one or two pounds every week - this may seem slow but what one needs to realize is that you are dealing with something which is so vital as your body - it is better to be a little patient so that one can achieve both the objectives of losing weight and staying healthy - no point, if only one target is achieved since that will not be long lasting.
