Ideal weight charts or tables have been fashioned over the years to reconcile on if you are overweight, underweight, obese, or morbidly obese. These tables or charts are able to determine if you are predisposed to serious health risks. These tables do not automatically mean that you are at a health risk if you are not in the normal range, your body type, and frame need to be taken into consideration along with these charts. The ranges on these charts are set to reduce the risk of health issues in the outlook.
Women healthy weight age:
* age 20 -29 -weight should be 132 lbs
* age 30 -39 your weight should be 144 lbs
* age 40 -49 your weight should be 149 lbs
* age 50 -59 your weight should be 158 lbs
Men healthy weight age:
* age 20 to 29 you should weigh 168 lbs
* age 30 to 39 you should weigh 179 lbs
* age 40 to 49 you should weigh 182 lbs
* age 50 to 59 you should weigh 185 lbs
The Body Mass Index is a pointer that measures your body fat and your BMI along with the height weight charts will facilitate you in good health to establish where you fall in the categories. If you find that you are in the overweight or obese range there are things you can do to help you get back to your ideal weight for your height. No issue what your age when you keep to a stringent diet and exercise schedule you will drop weight more effortlessly and preserve it.
