There are few steps to be followed, they are step one calculate your basic metabolic rate, your activity level, also keep a close watch on what you are eating and keep monitoring your calorie intake. After taking a reading of the above, all you got to do is do some mathematics, add up the basic metabolic rate and the activity result and subtract the sum with the food calorie you take in, if you burn more than you eat, you are very much fit and losing weight.
Before starting with any workouts, make a plan of what you are going to do, make sure you discuss with your physician about the exercises you are about to perform because you never know that if your body is in a fit condition for some specific exercises. Always never, work out every day since they might damage the tissues and might result in a tampered part. Hence, always plan your exercise schedule so that they are done in every alternate day. Start with walking every day, and then gradually increase the distance, faster, more swinging of your arm when you walk, walking up or down slopes. Swimming is probably the best exercise for the toning of your entire body, cycling, jogging, aerobics or yoga; stretching exercises are very good in the losing of weight. You can also swing not just your arm, but also your legs, thighs, sides of your body, stretch back and forth.
