Even under such intense training, it is not very easy to loose much weight in a short time.
The truth of the matter is that loosing too much weight within two week is almost impossible through the natural and healthy methods. The only circumstances through which one can be able to loose weight in two weeks are through the use of surgery. This method however has its side effects and serious considerations must be taken before going for this option.
In realistic terms, the possible amount of weight that an individual can be able to loose within two weeks should not be more that two pounds. This can be possible by combining both diet and physical workouts to get the right results. If you are not ready to go through such a program, you had better think of other ways but you should tune your mind to the fact that it would not be very possible to achieve too much weight loss in two weeks unless you are looking for miracles.
