If you feel like eating more than three times, eat small meals in order to be able to burn the calories. Chew you food carefully and don't swallow big pieces as you need to digest it properly. Help yourself from foods like cookies or any other junk foods and drink plenty of water. Follow these simple rules and you will definitely like the way you look in the mirror.
